Taba-Nuweiba Coastline, Sinai, Egypt  2014 - 2016

These photographs depict a series of abandoned and unfinished hotel resorts along the coastline of Sinai, Egypt.  Arising from a lack of tourism and terrorism in the wake of Egypt’s 2011 revolution, the images highlight the waste and decadence of a shortsighted vacation industry and government policies whose business was conducted upon the erasure of the local indigenous Bedouin population.
